Our Mission
Our mission is to create a warm, welcoming and inclusive gathering place where friendships are celebrated, exploration and lifelong learning are encouraged, and healthy, independent living is supported for adults age 55+.
Our Story
Founded in 1961, the Port Washington Adult Activities Center is a vibrant community hub where independent adults connect, learn, and thrive. Through fitness, education, social events, and cultural experiences, we offer a welcoming place to stay active, explore new interests, and build meaningful relationships.
Our mission is to promote independence, dignity, and a strong sense of community so every person feels valued, supported, and inspired.
